Call the Family Health Hotline to help find your client health services such as a medical clinic that offers sliding fees. The Family Health Hotline can also help if your client needs additional food resources.

SHIBA Helpline – Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors

Call the SHIBA Helpline 1-800-562-6900 for free health insurance education, assistance, and advocacy. Learn more about private health insurance and government programs like Medicaid, Basic Health, State Children’s Health Insurance Program, Medicare and more.
