About
Information about state-benefit programs and local resources is not always easily accessible and eligibility rules can be confusing and applying difficult. ParentHelp123 offers a simple, integrated, family focused path to help.
ParentHelp123 Makes it Easier for Families to Get Help
ParentHelp123.org, is operated by the statewide non-profit WithinReach, and helps Washington State families find services in their communities and apply for health insurance, food assistance programs and more. The website also provides important health information for pregnant women, children and families.
A Program of WithinReach
WithinReach is a private non-profit organization that has been connecting families and service providers to health and food programs, resources and information for over 24 years. We serve families and providers across Washington State and have a long standing public-private partnership with the Washington State Department of Health and the Department of Social and Health Services.
Each year, we connect more than 200,000 families to food and health resources, through our toll-free hotlines, ParentHelp123.org and our statewide health coalitions. Our mission is to serve as the foremost catalyst for improvements in maternal, child and family health. Learn more about WithinReach.
